Through The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme (TCIMCP). We work with educational institutions to support students who acquire employability skills, build on existing industry knowledge and understanding, become confident and motivated in their career goals and choices, build a reputable network of professionals and be part of a global community. All our Industry Masters exhibit high professional standards, which promote and demonstrate our core values of the company. You will have access to our online learning and in-person sessions through The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme, which provides flexible learning to support curriculums and student learning and development needs. The industry-focused sessions are about students developing their core and transferable skills in the creative disciplines' existing theoretical knowledge and applying it practically in a dynamic and supportive environment. We recognise and encourage all our learners to be the best version of themselves and to embrace individuality.

MASTERCLASS SESSION DESCRIPTION
The is a masterclass project teaches you about the standards and practices used in industry for the creative sector. You will be taught the subject area by the Industry Master through lectures and provided with an industry insight to trends, developments and career opportunities. You will be given a project brief that you need to follow and create some course work to put what you have learnt into practice. Once the project is completed you will be asked to present your work to the Industry Master and this will be through a visual, written or oral presentation depending on the subject area you are studying. Constructive feedback will be given be the Industry Master to help you with your personal and professional development.

SESSION DEVELOPMENT
The sessions will allow you to build your portfolio and CV with real-life industry briefs and where you will have to show how you can put theory and learning into creating practical solutions, as you would in the Creative Industry.

GROUP SESSION STRUCTURE
1 Industry Master teaching the session
- x3 Teaching sessions - (2 hours each)
- x2 Presentation, assessment and feedback sessions - (1hr 30min each)
- 10 hours Personal study time recommended

Our team will be able to liaise with your Educational institution to help support the learning credits (if applicable) that students can gain as part of being a participant through our Industry Sessions. ADMISSIONS PROCESS INCLUDES:
- The Application will be reviewed by our Team
- We will arrange an online meeting to discuss requirements and the Industry Sessions that you would like your students to participate in
- To secure the Industry Sessions and Start Date, the Fee will need to be paid
- We will arrange a online Meeting with the Industry Master and Team to create the Bespoke Learning and Development Plan to support your curriculum requirements
ASSESSMENT PROCESS INCLUDES:
- The Industry Master will teach online or in-person through the Industry Session
- Constructive feedback and guidance will be provided to each student as part of their assessment to support personal and professional development
- Each Student will receive a Certificate of Achievement to add to their portfolio and Resume for participation in the Industry Session

AGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
When students come from Educational Institutions, the minimum age should be 17+ as our Industry Sessions support the foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study programmes.
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
International Students from an Educational Institution must have a minimum of 5.5 IELTS or equivalent in Speaking, Reading and Writing. All our Industry Sessions are in English.
RESOURCES AND SUPPORT
Our sessions are online and in-person teaching, so a good internet signal and access to a laptop or desktop are necessary. The course materials will include written content, project briefs and other document formats.
It would be favoured if students have some ability in market research and critical analysis. Also good overall comprehensive ability with reading academic journals, computer literacy and understanding of the industry they are exploring a career in.

All students will receive a Certificate of Achievement Once they have completed an Industry Session Project. The Certificate will outline the Employability Skills and experience they have gained through the Session to support their resume and professional portfolio.
