RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return your items purchased in THE HOUSE OF RADHA Online Store within 14 days to get a full Refund. The items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. THE HOUSE OF RADHA will not take responsibility for covering the costs of returning the items. However we will pay the costs if the items are faulty or misdescribed.
We may reduce your refund of the price after inspection (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if there are signs that the items have been handled unacceptably. Once your return has been checked and processed by our customer service team then you will be notified by e-mail. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging, as this is considered part of the product.
Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. For Hygiene reasons, if the garments are stained, washed or altered then we may not accept the item and it will be sent back to the customer.
The collection is a bespoke service that is offered through the high-end menswear range. Due to the items being produced and manufactured in London to the customer’s specifications and measurements, we do not offer a refund service with this range. Alternatively, if you are a UK or European customer, you may cancel your order and return any item to us in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details. At the present, we do not offer an exchange service.
