FACE was co-founded by Sharon Lloyd, a course director at Southampton Solent; Pacal Matthias, a senior teaching fellow at the Winchester School of Art; and Andrew Ibi, a course leader at Liverpool John More University.
FACE aims to challenge the lack of black and brown academics in the educational sector and representation in the creative industry. The lack of diversity impacts the experience of all young creatives and especially students of minority origin.
