DIRECT LEARNING PLATFORM SESSION STRUCTURE
Through The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme (TCIMCP). We work directly with learners through our platform to support individuals who acquire employability skills, build on existing industry knowledge and understanding, become confident and motivated in their career goals and choices, build a reputable network of professionals and be part of a global community. All our Industry Masters exhibit high professional standards, which promote and demonstrate our core values of the company. You will have access to our online learning and in-person sessions through The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme, which provides flexible learning to support and fit into your lifestyle and personal committments to develop personal and professional development plan and needs. The industry-focused sessions are focused on developing your core and transferable skills in the creative disciplines' existing theoretical knowledge and applying it practically in a dynamic and supportive environment. We recognise and encourage all our learners to be the best version of themselves and to embrace individuality. Our sessions are accessible throught the year and we will run daytime sessions and evening to fit into your daily schedules with ease.
MASTERCLASS SESSION DESCRIPTION
The is a masterclass project teaches you about the standards and practices used in industry for the creative sector. You will be taught the subject area by the Industry Master through lectures and provided with an industry insight to trends, developments and career opportunities. You will be given a project brief that you need to follow and create some course work to put what you have learnt into practice. Once the project is completed you will be asked to present your work to the Industry Master and this will be through a visual, written or oral presentation depending on the subject area you are studying. Constructive feedback will be given be the Industry Master to help you with your personal and professional development.

SESSION DEVELOPMENT
The sessions will allow you to build your portfolio and CV with real-life industry briefs and where you will have to show how you can put theory and learning into creating practical solutions, as you would in the Creative Industry.

Our year-round start dates will provide a flexible opportunity to access our Industry Sessions and support through The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS INCLUDES:
- Your Application will be reviewed by our Team to assess so that you meet our requirements to be part of the Industry Sessions
- We will contact you by email to arrange a short introduction call so we can understand your learning and development needs, and you can ask any questions.
- To confirm the Industry Sessions and Start Date, we will ask you to pay the Session Fee within Seven (7) days to secure your place
- Before you begin your session, we will send you a project or session brief so you will have this before you start the session with the Industry Master
- We will provide a Personal Development Plan that will include the learning and skills developed through the Industry Sessions and provide details of what you would like to learn as part of your professional personal development to support your career aspirations and future.
ASSESSMENT PROCESS INCLUDES:
- The Industry Master will teach online or in-person through the Industry Session
- Constructive feedback and guidance will be provided to each direct learner as part of their assessment to support personal and professional development
- To get the best out of the Industry Sessions, we do recommend at least 10 hours of personal study time when researching and creating project work to support the learning process
- You will receive a Certificate of Achievement and Attendance for participating in the Industry Session

RESOURCES AND SUPPORT
Our sessions are online and in-person teaching, so a good internet signal and access to a laptop or desktop are necessary. The course materials will include written content, project briefs and other document formats.
It would be favoured if Direct learners have some ability in market research and critical analysis. Also good overall comprehensive ability with reading academic journals, computer literacy and understanding of the industry you are exploring a career in.
If you are going to be working through our creative sessions then you will need to have access to using the Adobe CC such as illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and any other programmes refered to by the Industry Master in the Session breakdown structure. We will inform you of this before you are confirmed on any industry session of any software specifics.
AGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Direct Learners must be the minimum age of 18+ as our Industry Sessions will include content that you should need to have a foundation level of understanding and experience, or are currently working in the Industry as a professional.
ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS
Direct learners must have a minimum of 5.5 IELTS or equivalent in Speaking, Reading and Writing if English is not your first language, or you have completed your last two years of school through English. We will require evidence of this to support and complete the application process.
You will be required to Speak, Read and Write English fluently so you can;
- Understand the Industry Sessions and teaching materials
- Produce a high standard of work
- Work with our Industry Masters and build your global community

All direct learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement Once they have completed an Industry Session Project. The Certificate will outline the Employability Skills and experience they have gained through the Session to support their resume and professional portfolio.
