WHAT IT MEANS TO US
THE HOUSE OF RADHA is conscious of the environment and making a positive footprint in the world, so the online store works to a made to order basis with no mass production. We design to the requirements of the customer and produce only the highest quality signature prints and garments
All garments in the Urban wear collections have been produced and manufactured by our UK and International companies that also support sustainability and fairtrade production
The urban wear collections in unisex, womens and mens are sourced from specialist production companies in the UK and internationally. They are registered through The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Fair Wear Association, PETA Approved, The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, and produced with a Carbon Footprint Reduction, so that we are aware and making a difference to worldwide communities and sustainability.
The garments are then printed by our production company in the UK, which specialises in printing & embroidery.
OUR WORLD MATTERS
BESPOKE PRODUCTION PROCESS
THE HOUSE OF RADHA wants to be part of a positive movement and to reduce landfill through responsible production and increasing sustainability and eco-friendly products for all our customers to enjoy and cherish. We are part of the slow fashion production movement and this means that you may have to wait a little longer for your item to be made, however the process is more kinder to the environment and extra care is taken to make each individual item that you will love wearing.
Our All over printed Urban wear, Menswear Shirts and tailoring, Ladies Couture are produced by our specialist teams in the UK. The ready-to-wear urban wear ranges are sourced from UK and international production companies that still support sustainability and fairtrade production.
Ethically Sourced & Manufactured
THE HOUSE OF RADHA, products are made using ethical labour and materials. It does not own the companies or factories that produce its goods, but we recognise our responsibility for the workers in those factories to ensure that they are able to make our products freely and in good working conditions.
It is essential that a strict code of conduct is followed to ensure all employees that produce any of our products are treated ethically and fairly. We always work with reputable and ethical suppliers globally and only engage vendors with transparent track records. Working with a narrow select supplier base provides us with the confidence and insurance that we are providing the best product to our customers.
