ORDERS

We ask that you please check your shopping bag carefully before finalising your order, as it will be difficult to change this once payment has been processed and production started.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with our shipping details and the respective tracking number.

All orders are insured against loss and accidental damage whilst in transit until delivered to the shipping address.  Once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by the insurance.  If your order is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged parcel and contact us by email on contact@thehouseofradha.co.uk
