INTERVIEW SIMULATION
As a professional, the interview process can be both daunting and stressful sometimes. The Interview Simulation Session has been designed to support you along the journey with guidance from our industry experts.
We understand that nothing can replicate the real interview; however, the simulation is the closet to the real thing. You will develop and craft a preparation plan that considers every inch of the job description. You can practice mock interviews with an industry expert from your chosen sector, ask questions, manage your time effectively and build your confidence.
ASSESSMENT STRUCTURE
The Session will be structured with 1-2 industry experts that have experience in the creative sector the learner is interested in and provide valuable insight. They will be assessed by experienced industry experts and from Directorate level developing relevant recommendations and feedback that will be offered through the session.

The industry experts will offer their expertise on CV best practices, the application process, building your portfolio, or showreel to effectively communicate and sell yourself in the interview process to have a positive outcome.
OUR SESSIONS WILL PROVIDE:
- An insight into different industry recruitment and selection processes
- Receive individual support that includes feedback on your CV and Portfolio or showreel
- Mock interviews with real industry experts and employers
- Build confidence, and people skills that will help when applying for roles in the industry
