The brand supports a strong focus on British design and sustainable production, and the founder is an industry-recognised advocate supporting equality, diversity, and inclusion and helps to empower women into leadership through motivational events and seminars. Music is the sound of the soul, and the ‘HOUSE’ in the brand name embraces the connection between a fashion house and house music and supports DJs and Producers by sharing their music, artist profiles and collaborating on live events and projects. In 2024, THE HOUSE OF RADHA launched THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME, which is an online and in-person Industry focused learning experience that provides insight into the standards and practices used in the Creative Industries and is taught by an award-winning team of diverse multicultural Industry Masters from around the globe to empower and build the confidence and employability skills of the next generation of Students, Creative Artists, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team with an innovative brand that offers an award-winning learning experience. As a Recruitment Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting the admissions process for THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME and learning platform. Our vision is to foster leadership skills and help individuals realize their full potential in a stimulating and fulfilling working environment and culture. Your main responsibilities will include recruiting learners from the UK and internationally for both online and in-person teaching sessions, and offering guidance throughout the admissions process.
This is a remote self-employment opportunity that provides flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team of like-minded professionals. You will be working closely with the Creative Director and Industry Masters who will be leading the sessions.The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and capable of sharing and implementing their knowledge and ideas confidently. You should enjoy engaging with new people and managing a pipeline of prospective learners, supporting them from the initial enquiry to becoming a registered learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively engage in sales activities through telephone, email, and other platforms with a focus on meeting student recruitment targets while maintaining a service-oriented approach.

Respond to inquiries and follow up on expressed interest.

Use a consultative sales methodology to ensure direct sales inquiries and applications are effectively converted through focused follow-up activities.

Reporting to the Creative Director, and collaborating with the Global Industry Masters to ensure fast, efficient, and effective processes.

Remain open and receptive to training and development opportunities related to the role.

Meet annual sales targets for recruiting direct students.

Provide weekly reports to track progress in the sales cycle and assess goal achievement.

Build and explore relationships for potential collaborations and partnerships.

Ensure that all team members adhere to best recruitment practices and information dissemination.

Track conversion rates for students applying directly to the brand and through collaborations with educational agents.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the in-house database system to provide clear visibility of results and the current sales pipeline.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must be educated to degree level or currently pursuing, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Should conduct oneself professionally and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Being a relationship builder, customer service oriented and sales driven is important.

Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and highly organised to work to high standards are necessary.

Attention to detail, cultural awareness, and sensitivity are key qualities.

Should be an enthusiastic and supportive team player who can work on their own initiative.

Confidence in using technology and e-media is a must.

Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage pressure and deadlines are essential.

Experience in working in a sales team, recruitment, or sales/customer service environment is desirable.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, highlighting adaptability and strong team capabilities.

The role requires recruitment of students/learners and application conversion.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup are crucial.

Delivering presentations and advising students/learners are part of the role.

Persuasive relationship building and being customer service oriented are key traits.

Experience or a passion for consultative sales, education, and employability is an advantage.

Target-driven, determined, and ambitious candidates are preferred.
