Creating opportunities, achieving excellence and building a future for all

OUR SERVICE

BE PART OF THE JOURNEY WITH US

THE HOUSE OF RADHA has noticed that although many creative individuals receive outstanding teaching, they are not always equipped to apply their skills in industry. Many young people get engrossed in the theoretical side of their chosen discipline and, as a result, neglect the practical, transferable skills needed to find their feet in the creative industry.

We want to provide our award-winning in person and online learning experience to individuals who are career-driven.  Our Programme balances theory with real-life practical knowledge enabling you to gain an insight  into standards and practices used in the Creative Industry and help build your employability skills, confidence and experience.  We offer different teaching methods that include; masterclasses and live industry projects, competitions, seminars, mentoring, industry placements, live event experiences, interview simulations, cv and portfolio development, business and enterprise support and more.

“Radha is an inspiration to young people"

EMBRACING A NEW WAY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING

Our sessions will develop your core and transferable skills into the creative disciplines you choose. Our hands-on approach aims to take your existing theoretical knowledge and apply it practically in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Remote learning and working from home became a phenomenon and, for many people, became a new lifestyle. Online learning has been welcomed and cemented its place in our culture. For us, we see online learning as a good opportunity for people who may not have the facilities to travel or have other personal commitments and a busy life already, so our individual teaching and learning sessions will easily fit into your schedule and be offered online through our remote working platform.  If you are a learner from an educational institution, we will offer a blended approach to learning, where some industry leaders will teach face-to-face and remotely.

“Having the degree and the theories is one thing, but being able to apply these to a work like environment is a big step, and one that I was able to accomplish through this placement, enhancing my skills greatly”

Working remotely, as part of a diverse team

I thought working remotely would have you oppose more obstacles, but it has actually been a great time thanks to the support from colleagues and Radha

Looking for a place to gain valuable experience is one thing, but to really be able to express more than just your academic side, and also use your own passions and beliefs in a friendly environment, that is something THE HOUSE OF RADHA excels at

The experience has left me feeling more accomplished and enlightened, having worked with many students who share different cultures and experiences, making me more aware of how different and amazing everyone can be

Its great to be working for a real company..

I have found the placement a positive experience. Its great to be working for a real company, rather than doing work at uni that is more theory based and not applied to any real-life situation. The work that I have done has made me feel that I am making some form of difference to the world through sustainability and taking positive action on climate change."
