Inspiring the Next Generation through Creativity

THE HOUSE OF RADHA is proud to announce our collaboration with Discover Creative Careers 26–29 and Futures for All in 2026, supporting initiatives that connect the next generation with opportunities, experiences and pathways across the creative industries.

We are honoured to be part of Discover Creative Careers as a Champion and Ambassador, joining more than 130 individuals and organisations supporting this UK-wide initiative. At THE HOUSE OF RADHA, our commitment to the next generation is rooted in our learning platform and its five core pillars: Equip, Encourage, Enhance, Experience and Empower.

Together, they shape how we support young people to explore their creativity, develop their skills and understand the opportunities available across the creative industries.

OUR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PILLARS

EQUIP - Provide knowledge and understanding while creating a supportive network that helps young people navigate opportunities and their own creative journeys.

ENCOURAGE - Support and raise aspirations, helping young people recognise their potential and see what is possible.

ENHANCE - Elevate and help develop core skills, supporting young people to build the creative, professional and transferable skills they need to progress.

EXPERIENCE - Provide real-world insight into the industry, connecting learning with authentic creative experiences and industry perspectives.

EMPOWER - Build motivation and confidence, enabling young people to find their voice, recognise their value and take the next steps towards their ambitions.

CONNECTING EDUCATION & INDUSTRY

Knowing that a creative career exists is only the beginning. For many young people, the bigger question is:

How do I get there?

Access to industry insight, role models, networks and real-world experience can make a meaningful difference. Through our work with Discover Creative Careers and Futures for All, we are helping connect education with the creative industries, creating opportunities for young people to ask questions, explore possibilities and discover the many different routes into creative careers.

As Radha Singh, Founder, CEO & Creative Director of THE HOUSE OF RADHA, says:

“There is so much talent sitting in our schools and colleges, but sometimes young people simply need someone from industry to say, ‘Yes, you can do this.’

Our growing involvement with projects and activities in Scotland is also creating opportunities to meet young people, share experiences and open conversations about careers across the creative sector.

CREATIVITY, DIVERSITY & POSSIBILITY

At THE HOUSE OF RADHA, equality, diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our work. We believe that different cultures, experiences, perspectives and ideas bring creativity and innovation to life.

Through Futures for All, Radha is also sharing her own creative journey with young people, demonstrating that there is rarely one straight route into a creative career. Her experience across fashion, art, music, education, entrepreneurship and creative direction reflects the diverse and interconnected nature of today's creative industries.
