THE HOUSE OF RADHA

Launched in 2017 by Founder and Creative Director Radha Singh, a multi-award winning Designer, Artist and Educator who is also known as the Storyteller and specialises in ‘narrative art’ to evoke emotions and ignite the imagination. The designs embrace positive mantras cultural and spiritual philosophies to make the individual feel strong, empowered, and part of a creative journey. A British Brand that embraces fashion, art, and music as part of its core ethos, with a strong focus on sustainability, British design production and digital innovation. The fashion and high-end couture collections have graced runways in London, Paris Fashion Weeks and international events.

Music is the sound of the soul, and the ‘HOUSE’ in the brand name embraces the connection between a fashion house and house music. Supporting DJs and Producers by sharing their music, artist profiles and collaborating on live events and projects. The creative designs have been exhibited at art galleries and photography exhibitions in the UK, gaining national and international recognition through the press and media. 

Radha developed an award-winning learning platform and, in 2024 launched The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme, which is an online and in-person Industry-focused learning experience providing insight into the standards and practices used in the Creative Industries. Taught by an award-winning team of diverse multicultural Industry Masters from around the globe to empower and build the confidence and employability skills of the next generation of Students, Creative Artists, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs.

THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES MASTERCLASS PROGRAMME (TCIMP)

At The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme (TCIMP), our vision is to develop future leaders by providing exceptional learning experiences that help individuals reach their full potential within a supportive, inspiring and collaborative culture. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Agent to help recruit learners from across the UK and internationally to participate in our online and in-person masterclass programmes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, admissions, consultative sales, education or employability, or someone with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their career ambitions.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Agent, you will play an important role in supporting our admissions process and helping prospective learners begin their journey with TCIMP. Working closely with the Management Team, Admissions Team, Creative Director and Industry Masters, you will build relationships with prospective learners, provide information about our programmes and guide them from their initial enquiry through to enrolment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping the next generation of creative talent achieve their ambitions. You'll enjoy engaging with prospective learners, building meaningful relationships and supporting them throughout their journey—from initial enquiry to becoming a registered learner. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, admissions, consultative sales, customer service or a related field. However, we also welcome applicants with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for education and the creative industries.

  • Experience in recruitment, admissions, sales or customer service is desirable but not essential.

  • Comfortable delivering presentations and representing the programme professionally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a Recruitment Agent, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and supporting prospective learners while contributing to the continued growth of The Creative Industries Masterclass Programme (TCIMP).

  • Recruit learners from the UK and internationally for both online and in-person programmes.

  • Proactively engage with prospective learners via telephone, email, social media and other communication platforms.

  • Deliver an outstanding learner experience by responding to enquiries promptly and providing professional, consultative guidance throughout the admissions process.

  • Build, manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective learners from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment.

  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Management Team and Admissions Team to deliver an efficient, seamless recruitment and admissions experience.

  • Achieve agreed recruitment targets and provide regular progress updates and reports to the management team.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, educational partners, industry organisations and recruitment agents to identify new recruitment opportunities.

  • Promote TCIMP and THE HOUSE OF RADHA professionally across a range of communication channels and networking opportunities.

  • Monitor and improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates through effective follow-up and learner engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, communications and learner interactions within the organisation's CRM or database system.

  • Participate in training, professional development and team meetings to continually enhance your knowledge and performance.

  • Represent THE HOUSE OF RADHA and TCIMP with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity, demonstrating the organisation's values in every interaction.

What's Included

  • Freelance opportunity with flexible remote working.

  • Earn 10–15% commission for each learner who successfully registers and completes their programme session.
