Employability is seen as a collection of skills and experiences that determine how a prospective employer sees you being suitable for a position in a company. THE HOUSE OF RADHA works closely with educational institutions in the UK and provides essential support and placements to students and graduates that are studying a creative industry programme or that have recently graduated. Through the programme they will have the opportunity to develop a variety of employability skills, gain experience and build their confidence to gain employment and further their career aspirations.

THE HOUSE OF RADHA is working with Nottingham Trent University and the Employability Business Development team in providing creative and business opportunities through the Graduate Internship Scheme. This relationship supports graduates to gain the necessary experience and employability skills working in an industry placement.
THE HOUSE OF RADHA has been part of the Creative Futures Event at Nottingham Trent University. This was an opportunity for students to hear from different businesses and creative industry companies. The CEO Radha Singh provided a detailed insight of her creative journey establishing the brand and answering questions from students through the live seminar.
The CEO has worked with the Business School and a diverse group of postgraduate business students to provide a live project. The experience is to provide the students a real hands-on experience in working with a business directly and to be assessed on their methods used throughout the process to complete the project.

CREATIVE INDUSTRY SEMINARS
The Founder and Creative Director Radha Singh has shared her creative journey and experience with the Middlesbrough College students through the seminars online and in person. The talks provide the students with a visual presentation and insight of her journey working in the creative industry and how she established the brand. The seminars help to inspire and motivate the students, so they can explore creative careers and educational pathways.
